Turn Yourself Into a Cartoon

Vectorizing yourself into a cartoon can be done using Illustrator, but once you know the basics you can do it using any program that has a “pen tool”. I put this video together to show you how I turned myself into a cartoon. I did this because I noticed some services/websites out there ( like Cartoon Me ) that offer to turn your pictures into a cartoon for a fee / price. So to show you just how easy (or difficult) it can be I recorded myself turning myself (and partner) into a cartoon.

Have you ever wanted to be a cartoon? There are plenty of tutorials to show you how to. This video is to show you my creative process that I went through to draw a cartoon version of myself. You can do this to create avatars. I use this picture for my facebook avatar. So it is a lot of fun.

    @Margalus89 I used a mouse for this work.I find it easier to use a mouse when I am using the pen tool.
    When i use phootoshop I use a tablet because its easier to draw and paint.
